100 Legs Health Walk

When : Sunday 8th June 2008, 10am
Where : Meet at the Adur Outdoor Activity Centre Car Park, Brighton Road, Shoreham-by-Sea
Price : FREE

Come and join us on our ‘Centipede Trail’ along the River Adur.

We are hoping for 100 legs; little legs, big legs, long & short legs, dog's legs welcome too!

Enjoy the wildlife of the river and beautiful views of the downs.

Free tea and refreshments at the end, picnic stop en route.

Families welcome.

Allow two hours - wear comfortable ‘Centipede’ boots, wellies, shoes, etc
